Kerstetter’s left arm is quietly becoming a weapon
In the 2025 season at Central Connecticut, Richie Kerstetter posted a 3.25 ERA with 24 strikeouts in 27.2 innings, and in summer ball he earned All-NECBL Second Team honors after a 1.59 ERA and 31 strikeouts in 22.2 innings for North Adams in 2026. He profiles as a left-handed pitcher who can miss bats, limit damage, and handle leverage, including a save against UMass in 2026. The fastball/command mix looks useful for a bullpen role, and the recent summer success suggests real momentum.
