Aly Barrios gives Cal Poly a steady, versatile infield presence
In the 2026 season, Aly Barrios appeared in 37 of Cal Poly’s 47 games and made 20 starts, showing the kind of reliability coaches love and lineups need. She hit .161/.230 with 9 hits, 7 runs, 3 RBI, and 5 stolen bases, while also moving around defensively, including work at second base and in the outfield. The bigger value is her flexibility and experience: she’s a multi-sport background player who brings toughness, adaptability, and enough speed to pressure defenses, making her a useful fit for teams that prize depth and energy.
