6-7 freshman RHP with power upside and room to grow at Oklahoma State
Caden Sramek enters Oklahoma State as a big-bodied 6-foot-7 freshman right-hander with a power pitcher’s frame and a strong high-school track record: in 2025 at Royal High School, he went 4-3 with a 3.07 ERA, 54 strikeouts in 45 2/3 innings, and two saves. He also showed strike-throwing upside as a junior with a 2.01 ERA and a .153 opponent batting average. Why care? The raw ingredients are obvious: length, projection, and starter traits. The caution flag is simple too—he’s still an untested freshman, so the appeal is upside, not finished polish.
