FIU’s veteran edge defender brings proven disruption
In the 2025 season, Dante Anderson gave FIU a disruptive veteran presence up front, finishing with 23 total tackles, 3 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles after transferring from Florida State. At 6'4"–6'5" and around 250 pounds, he brings length, experience, and a knack for impact plays that can swing a game in a hurry. He looks like a useful fit for a team needing a mature, high-motor DL who can pressure the backfield and create turnovers, even if the stat line doesn’t always scream superstar.
