Brandon Hsu brings late-game poise and swing-and-miss relief value for George Mason
In the 2026 season, Brandon Hsu has been a useful multi-inning arm for George Mason, posting a 9.64 ERA across 9.1 innings while earning his first Patriot save on March 21 and working in high-leverage spots when the staff needed outs. He’s shown toughness and flexibility—he can close, cover middle innings, and absorb traffic—but the current run prevention is the clear swing factor. If you want a pitcher with experience, composure, and a track record of getting meaningful outs, he’s worth a look; if you need instant command precision, the stat line says there’s still polish left to unlock.
