Nevada’s do-it-all forward with two-way juice and real glue-guy value
Darien Williams broke out at Nevada as a freshman in the 2022-23 season, when he was named Mountain West Freshman of the Year and posted 7.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game while starting 30 of 33 games[7]. What makes him pop isn’t just the box score: he’s an active rebounder, a versatile defender, and a forward who can handle, pass and stretch the floor, with Nevada’s roster notes calling out his long, high-motor game and three-point ability[1][7]. If you want a tough, skilled, low-ego connector who can stuff the stat sheet, he’s your guy.
