steady 6-7 Kiwi forward with size, rebounding, and veteran feel
Dan Fotu’s Saint Mary’s profile is that of a dependable, physical forward who brings size, rebounding, and efficient scoring touch rather than flash; in his 2021-22 college season he averaged 10.3 points and 3.7 rebounds, and across his Saint Mary’s career he played 126 games and scored 728 points. He stood out as a versatile, team-first player who could slide between forward spots, with coaches noting he was moving into his natural power-forward role and could be prominent offensively. If a roster wants toughness, maturity, and a low-drama connector, he’s a fit; if it wants a high-usage shot-creator, he’s not that guy.
