AD Davis brings long, physical upside to Chattanooga’s young DB room
AD Davis is a freshman defensive back for Chattanooga in the 2026 season, listed at 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds after signing out of Blackman High School in Smyrna, Tennessee.[2][13] His profile suggests a rangy cover man with room to grow: he arrived as a Class of 2026 signee who helped Blackman win 35 games in his prep career, including a 23-4 mark over his last two seasons, and he recorded 45 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, and two interceptions as a senior.[2][6] If you want length, athletic upside, and a developmental defender with local roots, he’s an intriguing fit.
