Harvard’s Owen Johnson: steady senior linebacker with tackle-production upside
In the 2025 season, Owen Johnson played in all 11 games for Harvard and finished with 12 tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, and one pass breakup, showing reliable availability and a nose for disruptive plays. Harvard lists him at 6-foot-1, 225 pounds in 2026, and his background includes all-state honors and a defensive MVP award in high school, which matches the “do the little things right” profile coaches love. He looks like a fit for teams valuing toughness, versatility, and steady special-teams/rotational defense rather than flashy stat-sheet volume.
