Elise Horne brings efficient frontcourt size, but her current role is still developing at UTRGV
In the 2025-26 season, Elise Horne has been a low-usage but efficient forward for UTRGV, averaging 1.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 6.8 minutes while shooting 52.4% from the field. Her appeal is size and interior activity rather than volume scoring: she gives teams a physical 6'2" frontcourt presence, rebounds well relative to her minutes, and has a history of strong board production in high school. The main fit question is upside and role expansion, not raw production right now.
