Ansley Eason brings left-handed infield depth and steady contact value to UAB
In the 2026 season, Ansley Eason profiles as a utility-minded infield piece for UAB, listed as a 5-5 infielder and a left-handed hitter who has already shown a contact-first approach at the Division I level. Her background suggests versatility and competitive consistency rather than pure power, and she has earned a commitment to UAB while carrying prior college experience before arriving in Birmingham. For a team, she looks like a fit if you want dependable defensive depth, lineup balance from the left side, and a player with proven recruiting pedigree and developmental upside.
