Isaiah McCray brings veteran guard savvy to Purdue Fort Wayne
Isaiah McCray is a seasoned Purdue Fort Wayne guard whose profile points to old-school steady play and leadership rather than flash, with school records showing he was a durable multi-year contributor and a career rotation piece for the Mastodons. His value is the kind coaches love: guard experience, maturity, and the ability to fit into a system without needing the ball to dominate every possession. The clearest question is current form, since the available public data is historical rather than 2026-season production, but his long runway at Purdue Fort Wayne suggests reliability, composure, and a team-first edge.
