Steady Guard with Ball-Control Prowess and Scoring Consistency
Trey Smith is a guard who brings reliable floor management and scoring touch to the Idaho Vandals backcourt. During the 2022-23 season, he appeared in 30 games with six double-figure scoring performances and demonstrated excellent ball security with a 2.8 career assist-to-turnover ratio. Smith's strength lies in his ability to run an offense efficiently while maintaining low turnover rates—a differentiator for teams seeking a steady, low-maintenance floor general. Best fit for programs valuing consistency, basketball IQ, and a player who won't beat himself with careless play.
