Emmitt Matthews Jr. brings veteran wing versatility and steady two-way value
Emmitt Matthews Jr. is a 6-foot-7 forward whose game is built on versatility, rebounding effort, and experience—he’s the kind of wing who can defend multiple spots, crash the glass, and play within structure, not just hunt stats. In his final West Virginia season, he averaged 10.2 points and 3.9 rebounds per game, and his career at WVU included 1,279 points and 597 rebounds, showing reliable production over a long run of high-level minutes. If you want a mature, low-drama connector with toughness and upside as a complementary piece, he fits.
