SIUE lefty Porter Conn brings strike-throwing, swing-and-miss pedigree and mature relief value
Porter Conn profiles as a sturdy **left-handed pitcher** with proven strikeout ability and real mid-major value: he went 12-2 with a 2.73 ERA across two seasons at Lincoln Land CC, struck out 161 in 102.1 innings, and earned NJCAA Division II All-America honors in 2024. At SIUE in 2025, he was third on the team with 21 relief appearances, went 1-1 with two saves, and was recognized for a 4.00 GPA in graduate study. He looks like a competitive, polished bullpen fit who can miss bats and handle leverage.
