Deantre Jackson is Southeastern Louisiana’s explosive all-purpose spark
Jackson entered the 2026 season after a 2025 breakout: 586 rushing yards and 7 rushing TDs on 90 carries in 11 games, plus 29 catches for 257 yards and 3 receiving TDs, earning All-Southland Conference Second Team honors[1][2]. The differentiator is big-play juice—he’s compact, fast, and dangerous in space, with proven value as both a runner and receiver, plus past kick-return production and a nickname that fits: “The Jet”[1][13]. For a team wanting an agile, versatile RB who can stress defenses horizontally and vertically, he’s a strong fit[1][13].
