Cole Kennon brings proven passing production and poise to Duke's QB room
Kennon is a veteran transfer quarterback with a track record of efficient, high-volume passing: at Middlebury, he completed 290 of 507 passes for 4,148 yards and 42 touchdowns, including a six-TD game and multiple 300-yard outings, before joining Duke as a graduate student.[4] His differentiators are size (6-3, 219), experience, and command in the pocket, with enough mobility to add a small rushing element, though his game is clearly built on throwing efficiency rather than run threat.[4] Duke listed him on the 2024 roster, but he did not see game action for the Blue Devils, so his current value is more about depth, maturity, and insurance than immediate on-field production.[4]
