Promising Oregon State receiver with Texas-bred production and upside
Hatten is still an unproven college target at Oregon State, but his recruiting profile and high school résumé suggest real upside: he was a three-star wideout with offers from programs like Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado, TCU and Texas Tech, and at Carthage he helped win multiple state titles while producing 61 catches for 1,054 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior. Oregon State notes he played in one game as a freshman and redshirted in 2024, so the appeal is projection more than production—valuable for a team betting on size, pedigree and long-term development rather than immediate stats.
