Amanda Fulton is Western Carolina’s workhorse right-hander with frontline upside
In the 2025 season, Fulton emerged as a true impact arm for Western Carolina, leading the Catamounts with 10 wins, 100 strikeouts, and 11 complete games while ranking among the SoCon’s strikeout leaders; she followed that with a strong 2026 start, including 11 wins and 113 strikeouts by early April. [1][11] What makes her stand out is not just volume, but command and poise: she has already delivered shutouts, handled pressure starts, and shown she can win both with power strikeouts and by working efficiently through traffic. [3][13] For a team, she looks like a competitive, durable starter with clear No. 1-starter traits. [1][4]
