Depth Guard Looking to Grow Into a Bigger Role
Drummond is a Colorado College guard who saw limited action as a freshman in 2023-24, appearing in five games and averaging 1.8 minutes, so the main story is projection rather than production[1]. What makes him worth watching is the upside that comes from being an early-career roster piece: he offers a clean slate for development, can be evaluated for guard skills in practice and short-game reps, and may appeal to a team that values long-term growth over immediate box-score impact[1].
