Tia Ice delivers a polished freshman breakout for Bellarmine
Ice made an immediate impact in her debut season, earning ASUN All-Freshman honors after starting all 50 games and leading Bellarmine in batting average (.321), hits (43), doubles (9) and RBI (20) in 2026. Her profile is built on reliable contact, gap power, and steady defense at first base, where she posted a .982 fielding percentage with just six errors in 328 chances. What makes her stand out is that she produced like a lineup anchor right away and held up under conference play, making her a strong fit for teams that value consistency, toughness, and low-maintenance production.
