In the 2024-25 season, Tyje Kelton gave Wagner a steady frontcourt presence, averaging 5.3 points and 3.9 rebounds in 29 games while shooting 33.5% from the field and 33.8% from three.[2][9] The appeal is the 6-foot-7 senior’s versatility: he can stretch the floor a bit, rebound outside his area, and bring a hard-nosed, experienced edge that showed up in Wagner’s 2024 NCAA Tournament run and in his larger-minute role after transferring from Monroe College.[11] He looks like the kind of glue guy coaches trust when they want maturity, physicality, and low-drama production—not flashy, just useful.
