Sydney Person is LSUA’s freshman scoring spark and all-conference freshman standout
In the 2025-26 season, Sydney Person emerged as LSUA’s go-to guard, averaging 14.1 points per game while shooting 47.6% from the field, and she added 57 assists, 141 rebounds, and five 20-point games en route to First Team All-RRAC and RRAC Freshman of the Year honors. She brings efficient scoring, toughness, and multi-category production, and when the Generals needed a jolt, she delivered—like her 16-point and 15-point outings in key conference wins. If you want a young guard who can create offense and compete right away, she’s a strong fit.
