Ty Uber brings strike-throwing depth and bullpen versatility to Notre Dame
Ty Uber is a 6'4" right-hander who transferred from Stanford to Notre Dame after working mostly as a bullpen arm, and his recent college production shows he can miss bats while handling multi-inning duty. In 2025, he posted a 3.82 ERA with 27 strikeouts in 30.2 innings and 2 saves, after a larger 2024 role at Stanford that included 24 appearances, 35 innings, and 29 strikeouts. His appeal is the combination of size, experience, and relief flexibility; the main question for any staff is consistency, since his earlier college seasons were more uneven than his 2025 rebound.
