Raysean Seamster brings two-way wing production and veteran steadiness to UT Arlington
In the 2025-26 season, Raysean Seamster entered as a WAC preseason team selection after a 2024-25 debut at UT Arlington in which he started 29 of 30 games, averaged 11.4 points and 4.9 rebounds, and scored in double figures 23 times. He stands out as an efficient, versatile 6'8" forward who can score at all three levels, rebound his position, and impact the game with his motor and consistency; his 29-point eruption against California Baptist showed real ceiling, while his return as one of the Mavericks’ key veterans suggests he’s the kind of plug-in contributor coaches trust fast.
