Hawa Balde-Camara is Wagner’s low-usage, high-efficiency paint piece
In the 2024-25 season, Hawa Balde-Camara gave Wagner efficient minutes as a 6-foot-4 center, shooting 44.6% from the field and providing solid rebounding in a limited role. Her biggest draw is interior size and finishing around the rim, plus a noticeable efficiency jump after transferring from Queens. She is not a volume scorer, so she fits best as a defensive, screen-setting, rebound-first frontcourt option for a team that needs physicality more than offense.
