Malachi Pearson brings efficient two-way wing production to SMWC
In the 2024-25 season, Malachi Pearson was a key starter for Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, helping power a 28-6 team that won the River States Conference regular-season and tournament titles; he averaged 3.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, shot 43.7% from the field, 36.2% from three, and 84.6% at the line. In the 2025-26 season, he’s continued to flash shot-making and big-game pop, including an 18-point game on 6-of-7 shooting with three threes and another outing with 11 points on a perfect 3-for-3 from deep. The appeal is clear: a 6'5" senior wing/forward who can space the floor, rebound his area, and fit a winning culture with academic discipline to match.
