Freshman RHP Sienna Acosta is already flashing Penn-level poise
Acosta looks like a promising Penn rotation piece because she combines a power-pitching frame (5'8", right-handed) with early-college results: in Penn’s April 24, 2026 Ivy win over Columbia, she delivered seven innings, allowing just one earned run, four hits, and one walk. Her recruiting profile lists a 62 mph fastball and a 43 mph changeup, while her high school resume shows she was a senior captain, 2025 first-team All-Trinity League, team MVP, and a pitcher who led Trinity League pitchers in wins. She profiles as a competitive, high-upside arm with strike-throwing ability and big-game experience.
