Ava Reinhart brings contact-first upside and freshman-year poise to MSU’s infield
A 2026 freshman infielder at Michigan State, Ava Reinhart arrived with a strong prep résumé: she was ranked No. 89 on the 2025 Line Drive Media Top 100 and hit .419 with 44 hits, 39 RBI, and 38 runs in her 2025 high-school season. MSU’s roster notes show she’s a 5-foot-7 right-handed hitter from Kentucky, and her early college profile suggests a compact, strikeout-light bat with defensive versatility and enough competitiveness to earn playing time quickly. If a team wants a young, high-contact infielder with legitimate upside, she’s one to watch.
