Stephon Hall brings size, experience, and instant credibility to Norfolk State’s secondary
In the 2025 season, Stephon Hall was limited to four games by a season-ending injury, but he still flashed impact with 12 tackles, including a six-tackle opener against Towson, and he now returns to Norfolk State as a preseason watch-list safety. Hall’s bigger calling card is his résumé: 48 tackles in 2024 at Youngstown State, prior ACC experience at Pitt, and a 6-foot-2, 193-pound frame that fits a physical, versatile safety role.
