Brantlee Wortham brings glove-first spark and sneaky pop to UAB's infield
In the 2025 season, Brantlee Wortham posted a .182 average with 12 hits, 9 RBI, 11 runs, and a .509 OPS across 31 games for UAB, but her value goes beyond the box score: she’s a 5-foot-2 middle infielder with strong prep credentials, including Golden Glove and Silver Slugger honors and three straight all-state selections. She profiles as a quick, versatile defender with competitive toughness and a high-motor background from softball, basketball, and cheer, which makes her a gritty fit for a team that wants energy, athleticism, and steady infield instincts.
