Zach Sigmon brings proven SWAC Friday-night stuff to FAMU’s rotation
Zach Sigmon is a 6-foot-3 right-hander for Florida A&M who, in the 2024 season, emerged as one of the Rattlers’ most reliable arms: 15 starts, 87.2 innings, a 9-2 record, 73 strikeouts, a 2.87 ERA, and First Team All-SWAC plus SWAC Pitcher of the Year honors. That profile screams durable, strike-throwing rotation anchor, and his big frame suggests he can handle innings while keeping games under control. He looks like the kind of pitcher a staff can trust for tough conference matchups, especially if you want experience, competitiveness, and a proven track record over flash.
