Gabby Ellis is Michigan’s quiet-workhorse arm, peaking when the stakes rise
In the 2026 season, Michigan RHP Gabby Ellis emerged as a durable, high-leverage starter who finished with a 15-9 record, a 4.07 ERA, and 72 strikeouts over 129.0 innings, then kept sharpening down the stretch with complete-game wins and an NCAA shutout. She’s not a flashy velocity headline; her value is poise, stamina, and the ability to grind through traffic in big games, including back-to-back postseason elimination starts. That makes her a strong fit for teams wanting a competitive, innings-eating pitcher who doesn’t flinch when the scoreboard gets loud.
