
EJ Evett is a rangy, productive safety with proven college experience
In the 2024 season, Weber State safety EJ Evett played in 10 games and produced 28 tackles, including a career-high nine stops against Northern Colorado, giving the Wildcats a dependable veteran presence on the back end. At 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds, he brings size, tackling consistency, and versatility, with 53 career tackles, one tackle for loss, and one interception across 30 games. He was also described as a “Mr. Do it All” recruit and a three-star prospect, which fits a player whose appeal goes beyond the box score: physical, steady, and team-friendly.
