NC State's Legendary Shot-Blocking Beast and ACC Sixth Man Star
BeeJay Anya, NC State's all-time leading shot blocker with 73 swats in the 2016-17 season (2.21 BPG, 2nd in ACC), etched his name in lore by rejecting a school-record 10 shots—including 4 on one possession—against Jacksonville, while clinching the 2015 NCAA upset over LSU with a buzzer-beating floater. A 2015 ACC Sixth Man of the Year, his ferocious rim protection, explosive dunks that shook backboards, and relentless intensity made him a defensive nightmare; though now a former pro prospect, his college dominance screams 'elite anchor' for any team craving paint dominance.
