veteran Kent State quarterback with live-arm upside and 2025 growing pains
In the 2025 season, Devin Kargman showed the profile of a tough, experienced QB with starter-level size at 6-3, 225 and enough arm talent to hit explosive throws, but the efficiency was uneven: he completed 8 of 17 passes for 74 yards and 1 interception in limited action for Kent State. His broader Kent State body of work includes 1,159 career passing yards and 8 touchdowns, with a reputation as a depth-building veteran who can absorb a system and add continuity. He looks like a fit for a team needing experienced room depth more than instant polish.
