McCann Libby brings versatile, team-first value to Louisiana Tech
In the 2026 season, McCann Libby is a junior INF/OF for Louisiana Tech who has carved out a role as a versatile, high-effort contributor rather than a pure stat-stuffer, with the staff noting he prepares “like he’s a starter” and trusts him for late-inning defense and pinch running. He also showed clutch utility in key 2026 games, including scoring after a pinch-run appearance and driving a double in the series-clinching win over Liberty. That blend of adaptability, hustle, and ready-now game awareness makes him a useful fit if you want depth, energy, and baseball IQ.
