Trevor Lucas is a draft-bound, middle-of-the-order spark plug for UNCW
In the 2026 season, Trevor Lucas hit .312 with a .985 OPS, 12 home runs, 54 RBIs, and more walks than strikeouts for UNC Wilmington, then got taken by the Mariners in the 4th round of the 2026 MLB Draft. He brings real thump from the right side, sneaky speed with 9 steals, and the kind of run-production profile that plays anywhere, but especially at third base. The cleanest fit: a team wanting an intense, bat-first corner infielder with proven college damage and enough athleticism to keep the pressure on.
