Purdue’s redshirt freshman road-grader with upside, not box-score hype
Sankeerth Veluri enters the 2026 season as a redshirt freshman offensive lineman for Purdue after not appearing in a game in 2025, and he’s the kind of developmental OL whose value shows up in size, durability, and coachable mentality more than stats. Purdue lists him at 6-foot-5, 305 pounds, and his prep resume included three-star recognition, Offensive Player of the Week honors in back-to-back high school seasons, and a Mental Attitude Award—good signs for toughness and growth potential. He looks like a depth-and-train candidate now, with a real chance to become a useful Big Ten body if his strength and technique keep climbing.
