Grayson Gibson has flashed real swing-and-miss stuff in Ole Miss’s 2026 staff
In the 2026 season, Ole Miss freshman LHP Grayson Gibson posted a 3.38 ERA with 16 strikeouts and just 4 walks in 16.0 innings, a tidy 4:1 K/BB that hints at starter-quality poise and command[1][3]. He’s shown upside in both relief and starting looks, including a scoreless 4.0-inning outing with five strikeouts against Memphis, but he was also hit by an injury that sidelined him after April 7, which makes his health the big swing factor[2][5][13]. If you want a lefty with length, strike-throwing, and sneaky versatility, he’s worth a hard look[1][2].
