Detalian Brown

Detalian Brown is a Chicago-born guard whose value shows up in his experience, perimeter shooting, and ability to contribute without needing the ball all the time. In the 2020-21 season at North Alabama, he averaged 7.1 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists while making 34.3% of his threes; his 2021-22 numbers dipped, but his role remained that of a rotation guard who can space the floor and defend with energy. He later transferred to Purdue Northwest, where coaches described him as a “big-time shooter and playmaker,” which is the kind of label coaches love and opponents hate.
