Wilson Perkins brings swing-and-miss upside to Davidson’s rotation
Perkins has emerged as a high-leverage right-hander for Davidson, earning Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week honors after a 15-strikeout start in April 2025 and another weekly honor in April 2024, which points to real bat-missing ability rather than empty velocity alone. He profiles as a fit for teams that value competitive, attack-the-zone starters with strikeout potential and momentum in big moments, though the available reports do not provide a full injury or workload picture.
