Paige Rummans brings clutch-contact bat and RBI production to Illinois State
Paige Rummans profiles as a timely, run-producing outfielder for Illinois State: in 2023 she hit .372 with 34 RBIs, and 19 of those RBIs came on two-strike counts, a strong sign of competitive at-bats and poise under pressure.[3] Recruiting notes also describe her as a hitter teammates could trust in big moments, which adds useful context beyond the stat line.[4] In 2026, her production has been more modest in limited action, but her track record suggests a player whose value comes from bat-to-ball skill, situational hitting, and a calm, clutch approach.[5][7]
