Ema Rose gives Western New Mexico a physical, shot-blocking frontcourt spark
In the 2025-26 season, Ema Rose emerged as a useful interior piece for Western New Mexico, averaging 6.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game across two games while showing the kind of activity that can change a possession fast. She’s a 5-foot-11 forward who brings length, defensive disruption, and enough touch to hit jumpers and finish around the rim; in a 2025 game against Midwestern State, she scored 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting. If your team wants a hard-playing, defense-first forward with upside, she’s worth a look.
