Tony Silva brings polished two-way upside, but his Cornell fit is unclear from the available data
Available sources do not clearly match a current Cornell Big Red right-handed pitcher named Tony Silva, so any read is uncertain. The closest verified college baseball profile shows Tony Silva as a high-contact, high-usage infielder who hit .283 with 6 homers and 10 steals in 2025 at TCU, while prep reports on a different Tony Silva describe a projectable 6-foot-2 right-hander with an 89-90 mph fastball, a sharp slider, and arm-side command. If you’re evaluating him for Cornell, the appeal is strike-throwing upside and athleticism, but the identity mismatch means roster fit and current performance need confirmation before making a serious call.
