Lauren Garcia brings middle-of-the-order pop and immediate impact for NM State
In her 2025 NM State debut, Lauren Garcia showed she can be a lineup changer, earning Conference USA Player of the Week after opening with a .600/.667/1.667 slash line and helping the Aggies go 4-2. She pairs proven power with run production—after a strong 2024 season at New Mexico, she posted 31 hits, 3 home runs and 27 RBI—and her profile suggests an experienced, steady first-base bat who can handle pressure early in the season.
