ace-level Salukis starter with a proven strikeout resume
Danielson has been a difference-maker for Southern Illinois in 2026, posting an 11-2 record with a 2.75 ERA while carrying the kind of frontline stability coaches want from a No. 1 pitcher. Her roster bio shows a dominant prep background — 16-1 with a 0.49 ERA and 246 strikeouts as a senior in 2025 — and that track record lines up with the college production so far. She looks like a fit if you want a competitive, high-upside arm who can miss bats and give your staff real game-day confidence.
