Wes Walker is turning into North Alabama’s big-moment bat
In the 2026 season, Wes Walker has been one of North Alabama’s most dangerous power threats, slugging 14 home runs and driving in 53 RBIs while earning ASUN Third Team All-Conference honors. His swing plays in conference ball—10 of those homers came against ASUN opponents—and he was especially hot in postseason play, where North Alabama said he hit .300 as a team. The fit is obvious if you want middle-of-the-order pop, competitive at-bats, and a player who has already shown he can hit in pressure spots.
