Shelby Stivers brings steady, versatile value for USI
In the 2026 season, Shelby Stivers started 11 games in 23 appearances for Southern Indiana, primarily at third base or in a pinch-hit role, with 27 at-bats and 2 runs scored. She also made the 2026 NFCA Scholar-Athlete list, which points to a player who pairs on-field versatility with strong discipline and reliability in the program. For a team, that blend of catch-and-play-anywhere flexibility, experience, and academic/competitive consistency makes her a practical, low-drama fit.
