Glue-guy forward who brings defense, rebounding, and ultra-efficient finishing
In the 2022-23 season, Nelson Boachie-Yiadom was a do-everything Hofstra forward who started all 35 games, shot 64.6% from the field, averaged 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game, and ranked among the nation’s top 100 in blocks per game. He was a defensive tone-setter for a CAA regular-season title team, with multiple games of 5+ rebounds and 2+ blocks, plus a knack for timely plays like a game-tying bucket at Rutgers. If you want a low-maintenance, high-IQ, defense-first forward who impacts winning without needing touches, he fits the bill.
